Lined Plastic Steel Pipe
Lined steel pipe is made by using ordinary carbon steel pipe as the base material and lining it with thermoplastic plastic with excellent chemical stability. It is formed through cold drawing composite or rotational molding. It not only has the mechanical properties of steel pipe but also the corrosion resistance, scale inhibition and low microbial growth characteristics of plastic pipe. It is an ideal pipe for transporting media such as acid, alkali, salt and corrosive gas. The inner lining is made of food-grade polypropylene and can be used in the food, pharmaceutical and drinking water industries.

The operating temperature of folded lined plastic steel pipes
1. The working temperature of the medium for steel-lined polypropylene pipe (PP) is -15℃ to 110℃
2. The working temperature of the medium for steel-lined polyethylene pipes (PE) is -15℃ to 70℃
3. The working temperature of the medium for steel-lined polyolefin pipes (PO) : -20℃ to 90℃
4. The working temperature of the medium for steel-lined polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) tubes: -20℃ to 180℃
Lined plastic steel pipe is a composite steel pipe made by combining various modified blend polymers with steel pipes through a special process.
