Straight seam steel pipes with an outer diameter of more than 500mm
Large-diameter straight seam steel pipes refer to straight seam steel pipes with an outer diameter of over 500mm. The maximum diameter of a single weld is 1220mm, and that of a double weld is 2020mm. Each one is 12 meters long.
It adopts the standards of GB/T3091-2008, GB/T9711.1-1997 and API5L. Commonly used materials include Q235A, Q345, X46 and X70.
The production process mainly adopts double-sided submerged arc welding and goes through multiple procedures to meet the standard requirements. It is widely applied in large-scale pipeline projects, water and gas transmission projects, and urban pipeline network construction.

Technological process
