It has excellent mechanical strength, a tough paint film, and features wear resistance and impact resistance. The solid content is high and the coating film is relatively thick. Cure and form a film at room temperature. No large-scale baking equipment is required. It is widely applicable to the inner wall coating of water supply equipment such as drinking water tanks, water pipes, water tanks and water towers, as well as for use in the cargo holds of sugar and grains. It can also be used as an inner wall coating for swimming pools, cooling towers in power plants, and metals and concrete used to store fuel oil and gasoline.

Construction and storage:

Before painting, the surface of the object must be thoroughly cleaned of dust, oil, oxide scale, etc. Reach Sa 2.5 grade to ensure the painting quality. It is strictly prohibited to bring in water during construction.

(3) This material should be used immediately after mixing. The mixed coating must be used up within eight hours. The unprepared materials should be sealed and stored. Construction should be halted on rainy or cloudy days or when the relative humidity exceeds 75%. For areas with severe corrosive media, it is recommended to apply multiple coats.

(4) The product should be stored in a cool and dry place, protected from direct sunlight, isolated from fire sources and kept away from heat sources. The storage period is twelve months. After the expiration, all technical indicators should be inspected. If they meet the requirements, they can continue to be used.
