Lined steel pipe is a composite pipe material formed by using galvanized seamless steel pipe or welded steel pipe as the base pipe, removing the welding ribs on the inner wall, and then lining it with food-grade polyethylene (PE) pipes or other thermoplastic pipes of the same diameter as the galvanized pipe.

Lined steel pipe is a composite pipe material formed by using galvanized seamless steel pipe or welded steel pipe as the base pipe, removing the welding ribs on the inner wall, and then lining it with food-grade polyethylene (PE) pipes or other thermoplastic pipes of the same diameter as the galvanized pipe. Finally, it is formed after being pressurized and heated for a certain period of time.
The manufacturing process mainly includes two types: cold drawing composite and rotational molding. Cold drawing composite is a process where plastic pipes are lined on the inner wall of steel pipes, and the two are closely combined through heating, pressurization and other methods. Rotational molding involves adding plastic raw materials into a mold. As the mold is heated and rotates continuously, the plastic is evenly coated on the inner wall of the steel pipe, forming a thin film.
